… With so many similar bubble-popping game options, the bar is raised quite high for this type of arcade game. Is Bubble Safari a good game? …not really. Is it a bad game?…not really. This game is just average which would be okay I guess if it wasn’t made by Zynga. I think it’s fair to say we expect a better bubble game from the world’s biggest Facebook game company.
I didn’t like this game – and I usually love bubble games. The biggest frustration is in the seemingly intentional rotation of the bubble that made levels with a set amount of bubbles available impossible to pass. You end up retrying the same level over and over just ready to buy more kicks at the can. Feels amateur. There’s better bubble games out there (and reviewed here too!).
A classic traditional simulation game from the long line of games under the Sim brand. There’s a hint of nostalgia playing this game, but nothing stopping you from befriending or be-vandalizing your Sim neighbours. There are better and more interesting and creative simulation games out there, but SimCity Social still ranks well Mr or Ms. Mayor!
… This is a pretty safe and fun game for all ages. It has some mild addicting qualities and a great way to pass the time without having to stress about your empire like in Sim games. Bubble Island offers a quick learning curve with a bit of a simplistic, cartoonish graphics. This isn’t the best bubble popping type of arcade style game out there, but it holds up fairly well all things considered. Sometimes simple can still be loads of fun.
